Why does the checkout say "Shipping not available for the selected address"?

Answer: This issue might be related to our shipping settings and your browser cookies. Here's what you can do to troubleshoot:

  1. Accept cookies.
  2. Check Your Location Settings: Ensure that you're either physically located in the country to which you want the goods shipped, or if you are using a VPN, make sure to use a local IP address. The ordering IP address needs to match the country where the goods are to be shipped.
  3. Try Incognito/Private Browsing: Open an incognito or private browsing window and attempt the process again. This will ensure that any conflicting cookies or cached data don't interfere with the process.

New Warehouse in EU

We're excited to announce the opening of our EU based warehouse in the Netherlands. Any order placed from EU will be dispatched from our new warehouse. This practically means that you'll experience no customs charges and no import duties and fees. It's the same as ordering from any EU country.

New Warehouse in USA

We're excited to announce the opening of our USA based warehouse in the New York, USA. Any order placed from United States based customers will be dispatched from this new warehouse. This practically means that you'll experience no international shipping related delays (compared to previous dispatches from UK) and you can enjoy lower delivery costs.

I'm based in EU, what happens with Brexit?

We've got a new warehouse in the Netherlands and all orders placed from EU customers will be dispatched from there. No more orders coming from the UK and there will be no more Brexit related delays, no customs fees and no import duties and fees. 

Do you ship internationally?

You bet we do!

Besides United Kingdom, we ship to Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania.

If your country isn't listed when you place your order, get in touch with us and let us know about it and we'll fix it asap.

Do you ship to USA, Canada and Australia?

YES we do! 

Do you ship to Pakistan and Nigeria?

Unfortunately not anymore. This is due to severe customs delays for all shipments going to Pakistan and Nigeria.

What happens with duties and import fees?

For all orders placed within the UK, EU and USA, there are no import fees or any other customs charges. 

For customers located anywhere else than the above, taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We're unable to determine the amount as this depends on the buyer's country. Different countries have different tariffs for each product.

How long does shipping take?

When products are in stock, it takes 1 working day to process your new order. If you place your order before 12:00 during weekdays, we may be able to process it the same day. When the order is successfully processed, you'll receive it

  • within 1-4 business days, if you're based in United Kingdom,
  • within 1-7 business days, if you're based in United States based on USPS delivery times,
  • within 1-5 working days for customers based in Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
  • within 2-12 working days for EU -depending on your country,
  • within 4-15 working days for the rest of the world.
  • express global shipping within 1 to 4 working days depending on destination.

Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you will be emailed once along with relevant tracking information -when available.

In case of pre-orders or backorders, we'll let you know via email when your order will ship, once the products are available and processed.

How much does shipping cost?

  • UK Delivery 2 to 4 working days: £4.49
  • UK Delivery Express 1 to 2 working days: £5.49
  • BE-NL-DE 1 to 5 working days: €6.49
  • EU Delivery: Varies depending on destination - Shipping from the Netherlands
  • USA Delivery 2 to 8 working days: $6.49 - Shipping from NY, USA
  • Worldwide Delivery: Varies depending on destination
  • International Express Shipping 2 to 5 working days: Varies depending on destination.

Please note the delivery time is what takes the shipping company to deliver the order. This is different than our company's order processing time.

There's FREE standard delivery when the below criteria are met:

  • UK Delivery: Order value above £35
  • BE-NL-DE: Order value above €40
  • USA Delivery: Order value above $60
  • Worldwide Delivery: Order value above £50, £60 and £90. Varies depending on destination

Can I return products?

In short, Yes.

You can return any unused or defected products within 30 days from the shipping date and you'll be refunded.

Can I sell your products?

We'll be more than happy if you do!

We've got a section on our website for this purpose specifically. All you need to do is fill out a short form with your details. Once you do that, you count days or even hours before you're approved to sell our products. The more information we've got, the shorter it takes us to approve your application.
